民办高校和谐宿舍的营造与构建路径探析——以青岛滨海学院为例

摘　　要：在民办高校学生管理中,学生宿舍管理是一项基础性和保障性的工作,同时也反映出一所民办高校的整体管理水平。对于民办高校来说,学生宿舍管理难度很大,宿舍管理绩效的高低也直影响学校的整体办学水平的高低。探究和谐宿舍的构建营造对学生自身及学校发展有重要影响,本文从我校构建和谐宿舍的意义及构建措施两方面进行进行探讨,并针对性地提出和谐宿舍的构建路径。Student management in the private university, student＇s dormitory management is a basic and the guarantee work, and simultaneously also reflects a private university＇s overall management level. For private universities, student dormitory management is very difficult; the level of dormitory management performance also directly affects the overall level of school management level. The construction of a harmonious dormitory has important influence on the students themselves and the de- velopment of the school. In this paper, the significance and construction measures of constructing a harmonious dormitory are discussed in this paper, and a harmonious dormitory construction path is pointed out.
