摘　　要：新时代网络舆情呈现出热点影响大传播速度快、学生参与多网络互动强、新奇想法多意见多元化、监管难度大、后果难控制等特点。大学生涉世未深,加强网络舆情教育对于大学生树立新时代人生价值观具有重要意义。新时代网络舆情教育可以重点从网络政治观教育、网络责任感教育、网络文明观教育、网络法制教育等四个维度展开。The Internet public opinion in the new era shows the following characteristics： Hot events have great influence and fast propagation speed; College students are more involved and network interaction is strong; Many new ideas and diverse opinions; It is difficult to supervise, and the consequences are difficult to control etc. Having seen little of the world, strengthening network public opinion education is of great significance for college students to set up the values of life in the new era. In the new era, Internet public opinion education can focus on four dimensions： network politics education, network responsibility education, network civilization education and network legal education.
