摘　　要：培养大学生创新能力是国家创新体系可持续发展的要求,也是高校的根本任务之一。徐州建筑职业技术学院信息电子工程学院以"三融合、五位一体"为核心,积极探索和实践创新型人才培养模式,积极推行"七双"改革,与企业共建实训室和考培中心,打造创新实训室,加强了专业建设,逐步实现了培育创新型人才新模式,取得了丰硕的成果。The cultivation of university students’ creativity is the requirement for sustainable development of national innovation system,and one of main tasks in tertiary institutes.The school of information and electronic engineering focuses on the theory of "Three Compatibility and Five-in-one" and actively explores and practises training pattern of applicative and innovative talents.The "Seven-Double" teaching reform is actively carried out aiming to build practicum and training center with companies and strengthen the development of majors so that a new model of cultivating creative talents has been realized.
