摘 要:以CRH2G型高速列车为研究对象,针对编组中的7号车体展开工作模态测试,获得车体模态参数。在振型相同的基础上,对采集的数据进行对比与统计,分析各工况对工作模态参数识别的影响,为试验的优化和改进提供依据。研究结果表明,恒速、启动、降速、全程和静止等工况对模态参数识别能力有影响,试验测点数目和测点位置影响所识别的模态阶数和主振方向。提出针对不同研究目的,应合理选用测点数目和确定测点位置、测试可在列车正常运营时进行、样本数据尽量在具有足够能量的恒速运行时采集等建议。The seven car body of CRH2G high-speed train was chosen to do modal test, and modal parameters of the vehicle wasobtained. Based on the same vibration mode, contrast and statistics were used to test data, and the influence of working condition to modalparameter identification was analyzed, which provided basis for the optimization and improvement. Research conclusions showed thatworking condition such as constant speed, starting, slow down, whole journey and static, would influence the precision of modal parameters,and number and location of test point would have great influences on the recognition of modal orders and vibration directions. According todifferent research purposes, some suggestions were put forward: number and location of measuring points should be reasonably selected; testmay be done during the normal operation of the train; data sample can be collected in constant speed wind with enough energy.
