差序格局理论视阈下的“一带一路”——从欧美思维到中国智慧

摘　　要："一带一路"是中国领导人的重要倡议,需要运用中国人自己的理论智慧来深入诠释。差序格局理论是典型的中国智慧结晶,提倡家庭与邻里等熟人关系的重要性,主张从自我出发建构关系网络,强调差序格局的伸缩性以及情感性联系的重要性,这与"一带一路"外交话语中突出中国与兄弟邻国的关系、主张从中国出发建构亚洲大家庭、强调"一带一路"倡议既属于中国又造福于人类命运共同体、频繁使用各种积极修饰语进行描述的特点基本一致。差序格局理论是对现有基于欧美思维基础上的"一带一路"理论类成果的突破,也是为"一带一路"理论建构提供的一种中国智慧。The Belt and Road Initiatire is a key initiative proposed by the Chinese government,and it needs to be carefully explicated based on homegrown Chinese wisdom and theories.The theory of the Pattern of Difference Sequence articulates an argument for the importance of the relations between a family and its neighbors or close acquaintances,and draws heavily from classical Chinese philosophy.The theory emphasizes the individual’s role in constructing a network of relationships,while stressing the importance of flexibility and emotions in maintaining these relations.This can be utilized to understand a core foreign policy narrative of the Belt and Road Initiative emphasized by China,namely the articulation of its relationship with its neighboring states as a"brotherhood,"and the further proposition that it form a"great Asian family".This theory further underlies the notion that the Belt and Road Initiative belongs to China,while also benefiting humanity through the construction of a community of shared destiny.The various exemplary modifiers used to describe the characteristics of the Belt and Road Initiative essentially stress this same point.The theory of the Pattern of Difference Sequence represents a theoretical breakthrough beyond theories based on Western schools of thought that have been used to understand the Belt and Road Initiative.Stated more succinctly,it provides a theoretical construct for the Belt and Road Initiative based on Chinese wisdom.
