摘　　要：桂枝汤外证得之,为解肌发汗,调和荣卫,内证得之,补虚强心,益阳化气,只看如何加减尔,可谓变化无穷矣,善用之左宜右有,无往不利,只要求其精旨,在临床使用过程中遵循辨证论治的原则,因时、因地、因人活泼斟酌,以胜病为主,效若桴鼓,即达到仲景将桂枝汤流传于后世的目的。现代临床应用已全然超越仲景所论,其治范围涉及循环系统、免疫系统、泌尿系统、生殖系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、神经系统等多个系统,涵盖内、外、妇、儿等临床各科疾病。其能治疗诸多疾病也是中医辨证论治,异病同治的体现。For external syndrome,Cinnamon Twig Decoction can relieve muscles on superficies and induce sweating,keep the actions of yingqi and weiqi. For internal syndrome,Cinnamon Twig Decoction can nourish deficiency and strengthen the heart,tonify yang and transform qi. Proper modification has endless changes and benefits. Grasping its essence,using it according to the principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in clinical practice,considering it in accordance with the time and the place and the individual,treating dominant disease,and having a remarkable efficacy can make Zhang Zhong-jing’s purpose to spread Cinnamon Twig Decoction in later generations. Modern clinical application has completely surpassed Zhang Zhong-jing’ s theory. Its treatment scope involves many systems such as circulation,immunity,urology,reproduction,endocrinology,digestion,nerve and so on,covers internal,surgical,gynecologic,pediatric and other clinical diseases. The treatment of many diseases is also the embodiment of treatment based on the syndrome differentiation,and treating different diseases with the same therapy.
