基于文献探讨“脾主五脏之气”学术思想理论溯源及临床意义

摘　　要：目的：通过对文献的筛查梳理,探讨＂脾主五脏之气＂理论的形成过程及在临床中的意义。方法：通过收集古代文献及检索中国知网数据库中＂从脾论治＂五脏相关疾病的临床文献,分别从理论和临床研究两个方面进行归纳总结。结果：＂脾主五脏之气＂着重于从整体角度研究机体的功能活动,与中医理论的＂整体观＂相一致,临床上＂从脾论治＂五脏相关疾病均能获得良好的临床疗效。结论：文章通过中国古代思维方式阐述＂脾主五脏之气＂理论的哲学自然基础,结合历代医家的理论诠释及现代临床试验,体现了＂脾主五脏之气＂学术思想对临床治疗的理论支撑意义。Objective：To discuss the forming process and clinical significance of＂spleen is the master of five internal organs Qi＂by screening and researching documents. Methods：Through collecting ancient literatures to summarize the theory origin,searching clinical literatures of treating five Zang＇s diseases based on spleen in CNKI to generalize the clinical application. Results：＂Spleen is the master of five internal organs Qi＂focuses on studying body activity from the overall perspective. It corresponds with the holism of TCM theory. It could obtain favorable efficacy in clinical practice based on spleen. Conclusion：The article elucidated the philosophical and natural foundation of＂spleen is the master of five internal organs Qi＂and reflected its theoretical support in clinic by ancient Chinese academic way,theoretic annotation of physicians of past generations and modern clinical trials.
