基于数据挖掘当代名中医治疗原发性肝癌用药配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的：运用数据挖掘技术分析名中医肝癌治疗用药特点和配伍规律,为肝癌临床治疗提供借鉴。方法：收集名中医肝癌发表医案,建立名中医肝癌处方用药数据库,运用Excel 2007对药物性味归经、功效进行频数分析,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 21.0对药物进行关联规则和聚类分析。结果：该研究共筛选处方123首,药物237味,用药频次2150次,所用药物四性以寒、温、平性为主,五味以甘、苦、辛味为主,归经以归脾、肝、胃经为主;用药频次前3类中药分别为补气药、理气药、清热解毒药;经关联分析发现25组配伍药对;经聚类分析发现3类药物组方。结论：名中医肝癌治疗以疏肝健脾、解毒抗癌为主,体现了肝癌＂肝郁脾虚,癌毒内蕴＂的基本病机,有一定的临床指导意义。Objective：To investigate prescription compatibility law of famous doctors of TCM by use of data mining technology in treating primary liver cancer. Methods：Medical records of famous doctors of TCM in treating liver cancer were collected,database of prescription drugs was established,frequency of drug＇s nature and flavor and efficacy was analysis by using Excel 2007,also SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze on drugs association rules,SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze on drugs cluster. Results：There are 237 kinds of drugs and 2150 frequency in 123 prescriptions. Drugs of cold warm and flat,drugs of sweet bitter and acrid,drugs affecting on spleen,liver and stomach meridian are the most common;Drugs frequency of tonifying Qi,regulating Qi,clearing away heat and detoxification is the first top 3;25 pairs of drugs were found by drug association analysis. Three kinds of drugs were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion：Soothing liver and strengthening spleen,reducing toxin and anti-cancer is the main treatment method. It reflects basic pathogenesis of＂spleen deficiency,liver depression,and internal cancer toxin＂by the study on prescription compatibility law of famous doctors of TCM in treating primary liver cancer. The results have a definite clinical significance.
