摘　　要：文章基于价格规制,对第三方物流参与的三级供应链协调机制进行了研究,根据价格规制,使用简化的MCRS方法收益分配、NASH谈判模型收益分配、最小核心法收益分配,对零售商、TPL提供商、第三方物流提供者的供应链模型及其协调问题进行了分析。结果表明：TPL提供商和制造商在进行局部合作时组成小联盟,供应链整体可获取最大利润。在独立决策时,订购量最小,零售价最高,系统总利润最小;在大联盟合作时,订购量最大,零售价最低,系统具有最大总利润;TPL提供商和制造商组成小联盟时,系统具有最大总利润。在进行三方谈判时,零售商采用NASH谈判模型,TPL提供商和制造商则采用简化的MCRS方法。This paper relies on the price regulation to make a research on the three-level supply chain coordination mecha- nism with third-party logistics involved. According to the price regulation, the paper uses the simplified MCRS method of income distribution, the NASH negotiation model of income distribution, and the minimum core method of income distribution to analyze the supply chain model and coordination problems among retailers, TPL providers and third-party logistics providers. The results show that TPL providers and manufacturers make up a small alliance for local cooperation, and as a result, supply~ chain can get maximum profits on the whole; when an independent decision is made, the order quantity is the smallest and retail price the high- est, with the smallest total profit of the system. In the major alliance cooperation, the order quantity is the largest and the retail price the lowest, with the maximum total profit of the system; when the TPL supplier and the manufacturer form a small alliance, the system gets the maximum total profit; in the three-party negotiation, the retailer adopts the NASH negotiation model, while the TPL provider and the manufacturer adopt the simplified MCRS method.
