摘  要:采用液相色谱串联质谱法,以同位素特异肽段作为内标物,对婴幼儿配方奶粉中的α-乳白蛋白和β-乳球蛋白进行了定量分析。结果表明,方法的线性关系良好,实验室内重复性为α-乳白蛋白的日内相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.23%~10.1%之间,日间RSD在4.13%~12.2%;β-乳球蛋白的日内RSD在1.06%~10.3%之间,日间RSD在1.52%~12.0%之间。实验室间的重现性为α-乳白蛋白的RSD在10.4%~18.4%之间;β-乳球蛋白的RSD在10.7%~23.6%之间。表明此方法可准确测定婴幼儿奶粉中的α-乳白蛋白及β-乳球蛋白的质量分数,但实验室间的稳定性需要进一步考察。The study quantified the total α-la and β-lg in infant formula with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and using isotope specific peptides as internal standard substance. Results showed that the method had a good linear relationship. For α-la, Relative standard deviation (RSD) of intraday precision was between 1.23%- 10.1% and RSD of inter-day precision was between 4.13% - 12.2% ; For β-lg, RSD of intraday precision is between 1.06% - 10.3% and RSD of inter-day precision was 4.13% - 12.2% . For repeatability of laboratory, RSD of α-la was between 10.4% - 18.4% and RSD ofβ-lg was between 10.7% - 23.6%. Results indicated that this method can be used to determinethe content of α-la and β-lg in infant formula, but the stabihty between laboratory needed further investigation.
