摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺癌中HOXB7的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测32例前列腺癌及癌旁组织中HOXB7的表达,荧光定量PCR、Western blot检测人前列腺癌细胞株pC3、LNCap、DU145及前列腺上皮细胞株RWPE-1中HOXB7 mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果前列腺癌、癌旁组织中HOXB7阳性表达率分别为81.3%、9.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);前列腺癌中HOXB7表达与病理分级(r=0.531,P<0.05)、TNM分期呈正相关(r=0.786,P<0.05)。前列腺癌细胞株中HOXB7 mRNA和蛋白水平明显高于前列腺上皮细胞株(P<0.05)。结论 HOXB7高表达可能参与前列腺癌的发生和发展。Objective Methods To investigate HOXB7 expression and its clinical significance in prostate cancer（PC）. HOXB7 expression in 32 cases of PC and paracancerous tissue, human PC cell lines（pC3, LNCap and DU145） and prostate epithelial cell line（RWPE-1） was respectively detected by immunohistochemistry, fluorescent quantitative PCR and Western blot. Immunohistochemically, HOXB7 expression was higher in PC than in paracancerous tissue（81.3% 9.4%, Results vs P〈0.01）, and its expression was positively correlated with pathological grading（r=0.531, P〈0.05） and TNM stage（r=0.786, P〈0.05） in PC. HOXB7 mRNA and protein levels were increased in PC cell lines compared with RWPE-1（P〈0.05）. Conclusion HOXB7 overexpression may be implicated in occurrence and development of PC.
