摘　　要：结合轨道车辆车体钢结构总组装的制造,探讨运用DELMIA系统模拟工艺过程的方法。在工艺流程基础上,创建工艺环境,模拟装配焊接过程,分析产品可装配性和工装设备可达性,结合人机工程分析对工艺方法、工装和生产线布局进行优化调整,改进装配质量和效率。Combining with the assembly of steel struclure of railway vehicle car body,the research simulated technical process utilizing DELMIA. Based on the technical process,the research created process environment,simulated assembly welding process and analyzed product assembly and equipment aecessibility. Combining with ergonomic analysis and optimizing adjustnwnt of technique,equipment and the layout of product line,the research is helpful to improve assembly quality and efficiency.
