摘  要:以焦炉流量分配优化为背景,研究了宝钢新日铁M型焦炉煤气管道系统流量的分配模型。以宝钢2A焦炉为实验对象,单独以一个燃烧室为研究对象,对整个燃烧室的煤气管道系统进行分析,抽象为多管道流量分配问题,运用工程流体力学原理,结合焦炉管道系统实际情况,建立系统的数学模型。得到数学模型之后,首先验证了模型的封闭性与可求解性,其次根据宝钢提供的2A焦炉技术文件与实测数据,用所建数学模型求解焦炉中流量的分配,与实际流量分配相比较,从而验证数学模型的正确性与实用性。The flow distribution modelling and simulation of Nippon Steel M- Coke oven gas piping system based on the optimization of flow distribution of coke oven is studied.Using BaoSteel 2A oven as experimental subjects,a separate chamber was studied for analysing the gas pipeline system of the entire combustion chamber,and the flow distribution of piping system was abstracted into a question about the flow distribution of multi-channel system,then establishing the mathematical model by engineering fluid mechanical principles combined with the actual situation of the piping system.After we get the mathematical model,firstly,verifying the model can be solved. Secondly,according to the technical documentation and the measured data provided by Baosteel,solving the flow distribution by the mathematical model,then compared with the actual flow distribution to verify the correctness and usefulness of mathematical model.
