摘　　要：质量是组织生存和发展的根本,在世界范围内,越来越多的组织依照ISO 9000族标准的要求建立并保持了自身的质量管理体系。在质量管理中应用过程方法能够提升管理的有效性,并能够促进体系的持续改进。Quality is the survival and development of the organization,and in the world scope,more and more organization established and maintained their quality management system according to the ISO 9000 standard requirements.Application process method,in the quality management system, can effectively promote the validity of management,and can promote the continuous improvement of the system.
