高校“微腐败”形态及其治理探微

摘　　要：高校"微腐败"现象折射出严重的不正之风,因其行为微小、校园多见、师生漠视、社会宽容,又隐藏着巨大的廉政风险。高校"微腐败","微"在党内,"危"在教育;"微"在教育,"危"在国家。为防止微腐败成为大祸害,须用零容忍的态度和手段常抓不懈、综合治理,重点是要让大学回归教育本质、用理想铸就官德师魂、靠制度约束基层权力、严监督覆盖盲区死角、抓作风提高管理效能。The mini-corruption in universities reflects a serious unhealthy trend.Being trivial in behavior,occurring frequently,often ignored and tolerated by the teachers and students and the society,it actually shelters a huge risk of corrupt government.The mini-corruption in universities does great harm to our education and state.In order to prevent the mini-corruption from turning into a scourge,we must take a zero-tolerance attitude against it and eliminate it by every means unremittingly.Universities must regain their essential role of education;the soul of educators must be cast with ideals,regulations and strict supervision.
