论大学生应如何培养爱的能力

摘　　要：在大学期间,要想追寻到真正幸福、持久的爱情,除了要了解和把握爱情的真谛之外,还要学会培养爱的能力。作为大学生,首先应该培养迎接爱的能力,包括给予爱的能力,还要注意区分友情和爱情;其次要培养拒绝爱的能力,包括分手的能力;再次,要培养承受失恋的能力,学会失恋之后的心理调适;最后还要培养发展爱的能力,恋爱双方要相互关心,学会包容和体谅,为对方承担责任,做到彼此忠贞专一。爱情不仅是一种情感,它也是一种艺术。爱一个人,仅仅靠有一颗爱心是远远不够的,还必须有爱的素质、爱的能力,这样才能创造出真正的爱情。College students should learn to cultivate the ability to love in addition to understanding and grasping the true meaning of love so as to find the truly happy and lasting love in college.They should,first of all,have the ability to meet love,including the ability to give love,and to distinguish friendship and love.Secondly,they should cultivate the ability to refuse love,including the ability to break up.Thirdly,they should be able to bear the lovelorn pains and to adjust themselves after getting lovelorn.Finally,they should cultivate the ability to develop love such as mutual care,tolerance,responsibility and loyalty.Love is not merely a kind of emotion,but also an art.It is inadequate to love a person merely with a heart of love.True love also demands the competence to love.
