摘　　要：智能技术给人类带来深刻变革,智慧图书馆应运而生,也对图书馆员提出了更高的要求。本文从终身学习、创新能力、信息素养、制度建设四方面探索图书馆智慧服务发展中智慧馆员的培养,以期促进图书馆员的角色提升,为用户提供全方位的智慧服务。The intelligent technology brings lots of profound changes to human,and smart library arises at the right historic moment. The library also puts forward higher requirements for the librarians. This paper explores smart librarian＇s cultivation in smart service development from four aspects,lifelong learning,innovation ability,information literacy and system construction,for completing the role ascension of librarian and providing a full range of smart service to users.
