摘 要:目的探讨基于心理-生理-社会医学模式的心理教育对乳腺癌患者术后不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2016年6月间四川大学华西医院收治的120例乳腺癌术后患者,按病区分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规干预基础上给予基于心理-生理-社会医学模式的心理教育,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组患者SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者SAS和SDS评分均明显低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者术后实施基于心理-生理-社会医学模式的心理教育,可明显减轻患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of psycho-physio-social medical model based psychological education on postoperative negative emotions and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer after surgery were selected at West China Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2016 to June 2016. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to ward with 60 patients in each group. The observation group received psycho-physio-social medical model based psychological education apart from conventional nursing. The control group was given routine nursing. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and quality of life scores were compared before and after the intervention in the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P〉0. 05). The SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased in both groups after nursing with the observation group significantly lower than the control group(all P〈0. 05). After nursing,quality of life score was significantly higher in observation group than in the control group at each aspect(all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Psycho-physio-social medical model based psychological education can alleviate anxiety and depression and enhance their quality of life in patients with breast cancer after surgery. It is worthy of clinical application.
