摘　　要：[目的]分析江苏省昆山市2013年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况。[方法]基于2013年恶性肿瘤登记,计算分性别、年龄及主要部位恶性肿瘤发病率、死亡率。质量评价指标为病理学诊断比例（MV%）、死亡/发病比（M/I）和仅有死亡医学证明书的比例（DCO%）。按照中国第5次（2000年）人口普查年龄结构和Segi’s世界人口年龄结构为标准,分别计算中标发病和死亡率以及世标发病和死亡率。[结果]登记资料MV%为75.30%,M/I为0.48,DCO%为1.78%。昆山市2013年中标发病率为226.02/10万,世标发病率为218.14/10万;男性中标发病率为232.67/10万,世标发病率为242.90/10万;女性中标发病率217.38/10万,世标发病率为198.44/10万。总人群恶性肿瘤中标死亡率和世标死亡率分别为94.43/10万和93.51/10万;男性中标死亡率和世标死亡率分别为121.52/10万和132.18/10万;女性中标死亡率和世标死亡率分别为66.01/10万和60.61/10万。发病前10位恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、甲状腺癌、女性乳腺癌、胰腺癌、食管癌、前列腺癌和宫颈癌;死亡前10位恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌、白血病、骨癌、恶性淋巴瘤及鼻咽癌。[结论]昆山市肺癌和消化系统恶性肿瘤是威胁居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,但是男性人群中前列腺癌和女性人群中乳腺癌和甲状腺癌的高发病率同样值得关注。[Purpose] To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Kunshan,Jiangsu province,2013. [Methods] Cancer incidence and mortality cases in 2013 were collected from the Kunshan Cancer Registry. The morphology verified cases（MV%）,mortality to incidence ratio（M/I） and the proportion of death certificates only（DCO%） were used to assess the quality of registry. Chinese population census in 2000 and Segi＇s population were used for age-standardized incidence and mortality. [Results] The morphology verified cases account for 75.30% and 1.78% of incidence cases were identified through death certification only,with a mortality to incidence ratio of 0.48.Age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population（ASR China） and by world standard population（ASR world） for both genders were 226.02/10^5 and 218.14/10^5,respectively. As for males,ASR China and ASR world were 232.10/10^5 and 242.90/10^5,while those for females were217.38/10^5 and 198.44/10^5,respectively. The cancer mortality of ASR China and ASR world for both genders were 94.43/10^5 and 93.51/10^5. The mortality of ASR China and ASR world for males were 121.52/10^5 and 132.18/10^5,while those for females were 66.01/10^5 and 60.61/10^5,respectively. Cancers of lung,stomach,colorectum,liver,thyroid,female breast,pancreas,esophagus,prostate and cervix were the most common cancers,while the top 10 cancer deaths were lung,stomach,esophagus,pancreas,colorectum,leukemia,bone,lymphoma and nasopharynx. [Conclusion] Lung cancer and digestive system cancer becomes the most serious threat to the health for residents in Kunshan city. However,high incidence of prostate cancer in males,breast cancer and thyroid cancer in females should also be paid attention to.
