参与式高校公民教育:一种关涉公民资格的教育

摘　　要：参与式高校公民教育是一种旨在使学生成为具有公共参与意愿与能力的、积极公民的公民教育模式,其与公民资格存在深刻的内在联系:公民资格决定了参与式高校公民教育必须尊重学生的主体地位;参与式高校公民教育的构建与实践需要赋予高校成员平等的公民身份;积极参与的公民资格是参与式高校公民教育的基石,决定了其目标、内容和发展状况;积极参与的公民资格是参与式高校公民教育的法理依据。Participatory civic education of university is a kind of civic education model which aims to make students have the willingness and ability of public participation.It has a profound internal relationship with citizenship：citizenship determines that participatory civic education of university must respect the students ＇ status of the subject;the construction and practice of participatory civic education of university need to give equal citizenship to the members of universities;the active participant citizenship is the cornerstone of participatory civic education of university,and determines its objective,content and development;the active participant citizenship is the legal basis of participatory civic education of university.
