马歇尔计划与美国企业管理模式在欧洲的传播

摘　　要：经济合作署在西欧重建中并不满足于恢复欧洲经济,还希望将美国企业管理模式移植到欧洲。传播美国的资本主义理念并建立美国式的国际秩序是经济合作署实施马歇尔计划的一个长远目标。经济合作署在西欧建立全国生产中心,推行"工业培训项目"这一企业管理教育计划,实际上是希望用美国经验来解决西欧企业生产中面临的问题。但是,经济合作署夸大了美国模式的示范作用,其试图将美国发展模式推广到世界其他地区的设想难以实现。Economic Cooperation Administration was the agency to administer the Marshall Plan,its effort was not just restore production and revive trade in the reconstruction of Western Europe.Being convinced that the American system of industrial production was a most efficient model,ECA launched the program to disseminate American methods of scientific Management to Europe.The Marshall Plan have aimed to remake Europe in an American mode,but it was exceedingly difficult to reshape Europe in a couple of years.
