病例讨论在生殖医学带教中的应用体会

摘　　要：基于生殖医学的多学科交叉性,其临床带教不能照搬妇产科学的教学方法。本研究将病例讨论教学法用于生殖医学的教学领域,跟据教学内容布置课前任务;在课堂病例讨论中要求学生根据病史、临床症状、辅助检查结果进行综合分析和鉴别;课后对教学内容通过完成病例讨论报告的形式进行检测。学期结束后以调查表的形式对教学质量进行测评。结果显示:病例讨论的教学方法可以使抽象内容具体化,在临床教学中实施后获得很好的教学效果。实行此教学方法后,学期结束后学生调查表得分较实施前明显提高(t=2.335,P<0.05)。病例讨论教学法为生殖医学的教学发展提供了一条行之有效的途径。Because the reproduction medicine is a crossing discipline,the teaching method could not be same with the genecology. In this investigation,we use the PBL method in the teaching of reproduction medicine. We make the students prepare lessons before class,discuss and analyze the differentiation diagnose according to the history,symptoms and laboratory test of the case in class,and accomplish the report after class. The evaluation is done at the end of the semester by a questionnaire. After the PBL method is performed,the score of the questionnaire is increased significantly（t=2.335,P〈0.05）. PBL method is an effect way for the teaching of the reproduction medicine.
