摘  要:目的建立了超高压液相色谱-电喷雾离子源-三重四极杆质谱(UHPLC-ESI-MS-MS)法测定玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1的方法。方法样品用甲醇-水(V∶V=55∶45)提取,离心后经液-液萃取净化,用Shim-pack GISS C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.9μm)进行色谱分离,以电喷雾正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式进行测定,外标法定量。结果黄曲霉毒素(AFT)B1的最低检出限为0.02μg/kg,平均加标回收率在81.4%~83.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.4%~8.4%之间。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,准确度和灵敏度较高,精密度较好,适用于玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定。[Objective] To establish a method for determination of aflatoxin B1 in corn by ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatographyelectrospray ionization-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UHPLC-ESI-MS-MS).[Methods] The sample was extracted by methanol-water by methanol-water(V∶V=55∶45),and purified through liquid-liquid extraction after centrifugation.The extract components were separated on the Shim-pack GISS C18 column(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.9 μm) by gradient elution,and detected under electrospray positive ion multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.It was analyzed with external standard method for quantification.[Results] The minimum detection limit for aflatoxin B1 was 0.02 μg/kg.The average recovery rate of standard addition was 81.4%-83.4%.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.4%-8.4%.[Conclusion ] The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive with higher precision.It can be used to determinate the aflatoxin B1 in corn.
