摘　　要：目的了解北京市密云区农村中小学生饮酒状况。方法采取多阶段分层抽样,抽取北京市密云区农村537名学生,采用统一问卷进行调查。结果北京市密云区农村中小学生饮酒的有92人,占17.1%;不饮酒的445人,占82.9%。饮酒率男生高于女生(OR=1.794),走读生高于住宿生(OR=1.927),高年级高于低年级(OR=0.860),家长饮酒频率高的高于低的(OR=0.688)。密云区农村中小学生每日饮酒量为(13.98±68.92)ml,折合酒精(2.62±12.43)g,每日酒精摄入量男生高于女生(P<0.05),平原低于山区(B=15.533),走读生高于住宿生(B=-16.984)。结论北京市密云区农村中小学生饮酒频率和饮酒量均较高,应正确引导学生不喝酒。[Objective]To understand the Status of alcohol drinking among rural primary and middle school students in Miyun District of Beijing.[Methods] By using the multistage stratified sampling,537 rural students were collected from Miyun District of Beijing,and were investigated with the unified questionnaire.[Results] Among rural primary and middle school students in Miyun District of Beijing,92 students have drunk alcohol,accounting for 17.1%,while 445 have not drink,accounting for 82.9%.The drinking rates among different groups were as follows：boys higher than girls（OR =1.794）,externs higher than boarders（OR=1.927）,high-grade students higher than low-grade students（OR=0.860）,and the students whose parents have frequently drinking higher than those whose parents not often drinking（OR=0.688）.The daily alcohol consumption in rural primary and middle school students in Miyun District was（13.98 ±68.92） ml,convert into alcohol was（2.62 ±12.43） g.The daily alcohol consumptions among different groups were as follows：boys higher than girls（P〈0.05）,students on the plain lower than those on the mountain areas（B=15.533）,and externs higher than boarders（B=-16.984）.[Conclusion] The drinking frequency and alcohol consumption are higher among rural primary and middle school students in Miyun District of Beijing,and it is necessary to correctly guide students not to drink alcohol.
