摘 要:目前,我国正处于H7N9禽流感病毒疫情高发季节。2017年春季以来,我国福建、云南、湖南和湖北等16个省份均出现了感染H7N9的病例,并且感染数量和范围与去年同期相比有明显上升和扩大。H7N9禽流感病毒因其对人类的高致死率和快速的传播速度引起了全球的广泛关注。快速、准确和高效的检测对H7N9禽流感的疫情监测和防控至关重要。为此,该文就目前应用于H7N9禽流感病毒研究中的分子生物学诊断技术(包括聚合酶链反应、基因芯片、依赖核酸序列的的扩增、高分辨率熔解曲线、液相芯片、重组酶介导的等温扩增法、高通量测序、环介导等温扩增及多重PCR-酶联免疫吸附法等)进行了综述。At present,China is in the high season of H7N9 avian influenza virus outbreak.Since the spring of 2017,there are cases of H7N9 infection in 16 provinces of China(including Fuajin,Yunnan,Hubei,Hunan and other provinces),and the number and range of infections have increased markedly and expanded compared with the same period last year.Avian influenza virus(H7N9)has attracted worldwide attention because of its high lethality and rapid transmission to humans.Rapid,accurate and efficient detection is critical to the surveillance and control of H7N9 avian influenza.Here is to make a review of the gene techniques used in detection of H7N9 avian influenza virus,including polymerase chain reaction,gene chip,nucleic acid sequence-based amplification,high resolution melting,liquid chip,recombinant enzyme mediated isothermal amplification,high-throughput sequencing,loop-mediated isothermal amplification,and multiplex PCR-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
