摘　　要：网络虚拟实验室是通过整合终端技术与网络技术,为医学检验专业学生提供网络实验环境的全新教学模式。网络虚拟实验室具备突破传统教学时空限制的优势,但在实际应用中需要结合临床生物化学与检验实验的真实性与客观性,才能达到优化教学模式的预期目标。为此本文分析了当前临床生物化学与检验实践教学的现状,同时提出虚拟仿真实验的教学优势,并总结了基于网络虚拟实验室的临床生物化学与检验实践教学体系的构建策略。以便为高校开发网络虚拟实验室提供理论依据,并为临床生物化学与检验实践教学提供虚拟实验的应用参考。Network virtual laboratory is a new teaching mode for medical examination students to provide network experi- mental environment through integrated terminal technology and network technology. Network virtual laboratory have the ad- vantages of traditional teaching time and space limit, but in practice need to be combined with clinical biochemistry and test the authenticity and objectivity, optimize teaching mode to achieve the desired goal. This paper analyzes the current status of practical teaching of clinical biochemistry and inspection, at the same time put forward the teaching advantages of virtual simu- lation experiments, and summarized the clinical biochemistry and web-based virtual laboratory test of practical teaching sys- tem construction strategy. In order to provide theoretical basis for the development of network virtual laboratory in colleges and universities, and provide reference for the application of virtual experiment for clinical biochemistry and testing practice teaching.
