摘　　要：针对高校在专业技能竞赛中存在学生影响范围小、政策性鼓励过于依赖参赛等级和成绩、竞赛指导缺乏组织、大部分参赛都是临阵磨枪等问题,本文提出通过发挥基层教学组织的作用,建立专业技能竞赛的长效机制,加大技能大赛的参与度,完善评价体系,真正做到"以赛促教"、"以赛促改"、"以赛促学",全面提升高校材料学科应用型人才培养质量。According to the existing range of students influence, encouraging competition and achievement level is too de- pendent on the lack of organization and guidance, the competition most entries are exams and other problems in professional skills competition, this paper through the basic teaching organization play a role in the establishment of long-term mechanism of professional skills competition, increase participation in the skills competition, improve the evaluation system truly, ＂com- petition to promote teaching＂, ＂competition to promote reform＂ and ＂competition to promote learning＂, enhance the quality of training practical talents in colleges and universities materials.
