摘　　要：文章通过对全日制工程硕士培养现状的分析,结合在学院基层多年的工作经验,提出了全日制工程硕士培养模式实施的关键着手点,给出了培养模式、质量保障体系的构建做法,并总结了近年来的一些收获。By analyzing the current situation of the training of full-time Master of engineering, combined with years Of work experience in the primary school, the full-time Master of engineering training mode to implement the key points, given the training mode, quality guarantee system construction practice, and summarizes some harvest in recent years.
