摘　　要：高校提升办学质量的关键在于大学教师学术生活的改进。对学术职业的忠诚、学术事务自治、学术生活中的责任意识以及学术生活中的道德规范是大学教师学术生活的四个方面。本文以柏林大学为鉴,从这四个方面探析我国大学教师的学术生活现状及改进途径。The key to improving the quality of colleges and universities lies in the improvement of the academic life of the university teachers. Loyalty to academic profession, autonomy in academic affairs, responsibility in academic life, and moral norms in academic life are four aspects of academic life of university teachers. This paper, taking Universit？ t zu Berlin as a reference, analyzes the status quo and ways of improving the academic life of university teachers in China from these four aspects.
