摘 要:为了对电动自行车车架进行结构改进,并分析其结构强度的影响因素,对企业提供的两款电动自行车车架进行了三维实体建模;进行人体动作捕捉、人体生物力学建模及骑行仿真试验,获得了骑行过程中施加于电动自行车车架的载荷;以所获载荷对电动车车架进行加载,对车架的ANSYS有限元进行分析,从而校核了车架疲劳强度及静强度,然后在此基础上对电动车车架结构进行了改进,并分析了电动自行车车架强度的影响因素。该结构改进提高了材料的使用效率,并保证了电动车车架的结构强度。To improve the struct ures of the electric bicycle frame, and analyze the impacting factors of the strength, the three-dimensional models of the electric bicycle frame provided by the enterprise were constructed. After the human motion capture, human biomechanics modeling and riding simulation test, the loads imposed on the electric bicycle frame was obtained,and based on the ANSYS element finite analysis with the obtained loads, the fatigue strength and static strength were checked.And then the structures of the frame were improved and the impacting factors of the electric bicycle frame strength were analyzed. The efficiency of the material was increased and the strength of the electric bicycle frame structures was ensured by the structure improving.
