摘  要:摆动弧面凸轮机构的滚轴迹面作为凸轮工作廓面的等距曲面,数学模型相对简单。文中根据空间几何关系,直接求得凸轮滚轴迹面方程,再基于等距曲面法实现了工作廓面数学建模和三维建模,并分析了双停留摆动凸轮机构的初始角位移;利用等距曲面之间的曲率关联性,重点研究了凸轮机构的综合曲率。通过实际算例表明,所建立的工作廓面综合分析方法简捷有效,可以为空间凸轮机构的设计提供一定参考依据。The pitch surface of globoidal cam mechanism with oscillating followers(GCMOF), which is the offset surface of cam working surface, has a simple mathematic model. The pitch surface equations are derived according to spatial geometry relations. Then the mathematic and the 3 D model are generated based on the offset surface method and the original angle positions for dual stopping GCMOF are analyzed. With the curvature relation between the offset surfaces, the induced principal curvature of GCMOF is studied in detail. An example is given to illustrate the proposed method and also to show its feasibility and validity, research result can provide some reference for the design of space cam mechanism.
