摘  要:目的:探讨恐惧应激对孕鼠血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、糖皮质激素(GC)含量及仔鼠发育情况的影响。方法:采用旁观电击法制备恐惧应激孕鼠模型,酶联免疫法测定孕鼠血浆ACTH和GC含量,并观察仔鼠的一般发育及神经发育情况。结果:与对照组相比,模型组孕鼠血浆ACTH、GC水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,模型组仔鼠出牙、被毛时间及出现感觉反射、负向趋地性、步态反射的时间延迟(P<0.05)。结论:恐惧应激可激活孕鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴,影响孕鼠健康;恐伤孕鼠还会对仔鼠一般发育及神经发育造成不良影响。Objective: To study the effects of fear stress on plasma ACTH and GC content and the development of offspring in pregnant rats. Methods: The fear stress model of pregnant mice was prepared by the method of bystander electric shock. The levels of ACTH and GC in the plasma of pregnant rats were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the general development and neurological development of offspring were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the concentration of plasma ACTH and GC in the model group increased significantly (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group,the time in the model group of tooth emergence, covered with hair, sensory reflex, negative tendency and gait reflex were later, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Fear stress can activate the HPA axis of pregnant rats and affect the health of pregnant rats. Fear impaired pregnant rats also have adverse effects on the general development and neurological development of offspring.
