摘 要:我国高校学分制学籍管理具有管理模式多元化、管理周期弱化、管理方式现代化等特点。高校学分制学籍管理存在管理者创新意识缺乏、管理制度安排缺失、档案资源利用缺位、资金投入不足、信息一体化落后等问题。当前,高校应从管理组织建设、管理制度安排、管理资金投入、信息资源利用和一体化服务体系构建等方面加强体制机制创新,提升高教供给侧改革视域下学分制学籍管理质量和效率。The system and mechanism of credit system and student status management in China's universities are characterized by the diversification of management modes, the weakening of management cycles and the modernization of management ways. In the system and mechanism of credit system and student status management in universities, there exist such problems as lack of the innovation consciousness in managers, the arrangement in management system, the absence of archives-resources utilization, the underfunded investment and the backward in information integration. At present, universities should strengthen the innovation of system and mechanism so as to improve the quality and efficiency of credit system and student status management in the perspective of supply-side reform of higher education in terms of management-organization construction, management-system arrangement, management-fund investment, the utilization of information resource and the building of integrated-service system.
