摘　　要：通过对山西医科大学医学信息管理专业人才培养状况调查研究,发现毕业生对于课程设置的满意度明显提高,所培养人才在"医学知识与技能"方面有所欠缺,毕业生就业选择医疗服务行业的人数最多。山西医科大学医学信息管理专业课程改革应注重医学知识的凝练和计算机知识与技能的提升,拓展毕业生在医学信息专业领域学习的深度和宽度,提升毕业生的能力素质。Through the research on the training of medical information management professionals in Shanxi Med- ical University, it has been found out that the graduates＇ satisfaction of the curriculum setup is significantly increased, the professionals are deficient in ＂medical knowledge and skills＂ and most of the graduates choose their employment in medical service industry. In the curriculum reform of medical information management major, Shanxi Medical Uni- versity should focus on the consolidation of medical knowledge and the improvement of computer knowledge and skills, expand the depth and breadth of the graduates in the field of medical information and enhance their ability and quali- ty.
