摘 要:目的:探讨对偏侧面肌痉挛(HFS)患者行经皮面神经电刺激治疗前后瞬目反射(BR)的电生理变化。方法:对30例HFS患者行经皮面神经电刺激治疗前及治疗后30d行BR检测,比较分析双侧R1、R2潜伏期、波幅的变化。结果:30例HFS患者治疗前行BR检测,健侧与患侧R1、R2、R2'波潜伏期比较差异均无统计学意义,但患侧波幅增高,治疗30d后患侧波幅下降。结论:BR监测可为HFS病因及疗效评估提供客观依据,表明HFS患者面神经运动核的脑干中间神经元兴奋性增高。经皮面神经电刺激治疗后BR波幅降低,提示脑干中间神经元兴奋性过高得到抑制。Objective: To elucidate the electrophysiological change of blink reflex(BR)in patients with hemifacial spasm(HFS)treated by electric stimulation. Methods: Blink reflex was conducted in 30 patients with HFS treated by electric stimulation,and latency and amplitude of R1 and R2 of the left and right sides were compared before and after treament. Results: R1, R2 and R2 latency were normal. The amplitude of ipsilateral R2 increased more than that of contralateral R2,and the amplitude of ipsilateral R2 in patients with HFS treated by BR declined 30 days after treatment. Conclusion: BR monitoring can provide objective basis for etiology and effect assessment of patients with HFS, and BR can inhibite the excitable increase of brainstem nucleus of facial nerve intemeuronal pathways.
