摘  要:目的:探讨急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)患者清醒后脑电图(EEG)、听感觉门控PS0和事件相关电位(ERP)P300的变化,为DEACMP的诊断提供一定的依据。方法:对61例DEACMP患者(研究组)与60例健康者(对照组)分别进行EEG、听感觉门控P50和P300测定,并对检测结果进行比较。结果:研究组的EEG异常、ERP成分中N2、P300波潜伏期延长,P300波幅降低,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P〈0.01),听感觉门控P50比较差异无显著意义。结论:EEG、ERP中的P300电位对DEACMP病人的认知功能判定有一定的价值。Objective: To investigate the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG), auditory gating P50 and event related potentials (ERP)P300 of patients with delay encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning and provide evidences for the diagnosis. Methods: EEG,auditory gating P50 and P300 were measured in 61 patients with delay encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP)and 60 healthy controls,and the results of four measurements were compared. The impact on the disease was clarified. Results: Compared with the control group, the latency of N2, P300 and the amplitude of P300 of EEG and P300 in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P 〈0.01)and P50. There is no significant difference. Conclusion:P300 of EEG and ERP have value in judging the cognitive function of patients with DEACMP.
