摘  要:目的检测人前列腺癌(PCa)组织中KLF4及E-cadherin蛋白,研究其表达水平与危险因素等级间的关系。方法免疫组化SP两步法检测56例PCa标本中KLF4和E-cadherin蛋白的表达水平;用Spearman相关分析明确PCa组织中两种蛋白的相关性;用x^2检验分析其与PCa危险因素等级中PSA、Gleason分值和临床分期间的关系。结果(1)Spearman分析显示KLF4与E-cadherin蛋白表达正相关;(2)与BPH相比,PCa中KLF4和E-cadherin蛋白均降低;(3)KLF4蛋白表达与PCa临床分期及PSA相关;(4)E-cadherin蛋白表达与PSA、Gleason分值及临床分期相关。结论 PCa组织中KLF4和E-cadherin蛋白表达水平与危险因素等级密切相关,均是重要的临床分期指标,联合检测PSA能精确判断PCa预后。Objective To detect the expressions of Krüppel-like factor 4(KLF4) and E-cadherin in human prostate cancer tissues and explore their correlation with risk factor levels. Methods The expressions of KLF4 and E-cadherin in 56 human prostate cancer tissues and matched BPH tissues were measured by Immunohistochemistry. Relationship between E-cadherin and KLF4 was analyzed by Spearman analysis, and Chi-square was used to test the difference and relationship among the related factors, such as PSA, Gleason score and clinical stage. Results(1) Spearman analysis showed that KLF4 expression was positively correlated with E-cadherin expression;(2) Compared with those in matched BPH tissues, the expressions of KLF4 and E-cadherin were all decreased in human prostate cancer tissues.(3) KLF4 expression was associated with PSA level and clinical stages,(4) E-cadherin expression was specifically related to PSA, Gleason score and clinical stages. Conclusion Low expressions of KLF4 and E-cadherin were closely associated with risk factor grades of human prostate cancer. These two proteins were important markers of clinic stages. Combined with PSA level, they can be used to predict the prognosis of prostate cancer.
