康复新液对口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎临床疗效及对牙龈肿胀及疼痛改善情况的影响

摘　　要：为分析康复新液对口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎临床疗效及对牙龈肿胀及疼痛改善情况的影响，本研究回顾性地选取2014年12月至2016年8月我院收治的因口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者85例，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者单纯采用牙龈清洁术治疗，观察组患者采用牙龈清洁术联合康复新液进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后疼痛度和肿胀度情况、牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBX）、探诊深度（PD）及龈沟液中炎性因子和前列腺素E2（PGE2）水平变化情况。研究发现观察组患者治疗后疼痛度和肿胀度改善情况优于对照组0〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后GI、PLI、SBI及PD值水平均较治疗前下降。观察组患者治疗后GI、PLI、SBI及PD值水平低于对照组（p〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后龈沟液中IL-1β、TNF—α及PGE2水平均较治疗前下降，观察组患者治疗后龈沟液中IL-18、TNF-α及PGE2水平低于对照组（p〈0．05）。研究说明，康复新液可改善口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者的疼痛度和肿胀度，促进牙龈健康状态的恢复，降低龈沟液中炎性因子和PGE2水平。In order to analyse the clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontic treatment and its effect to improve gingival swelling and pain, 85 cases of chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontics in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively selected. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods. Patients in control group were only treated with gingival cleaning, while the observation group were treated by gingival cleaning combined with Kangfuxin liquid. The change of pain and swelling situation, gingival index （GI）, plaque index （PLI）, sulcus bleeding index （SBI）, probing depth （PD）, inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and prostagl and in E2 （PGE2） level in two groups were observed after treatment. And it was found that patients in observation group had a better improvement in pain and swelling degree than those in the control group （p〈0.05） after treatment. GI, PLI, SBI and PD levels in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment. And the observation group had lower levels of GI, PLI, SBI and PD than control group （p 〈0.05） after treatment. IL-1β,TNF-α and PGE2 levels in gingival crevicular fluid in both groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and levels in the observation group were lower than those incontrol group （p 〈0.05）. The study indicated that Kangfuxin Liquid might ameliorate pain and swelling in patients of chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontic treatment, promote recovery of gingival health, and decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid.
