摘  要:为了解决传统的麻花钻头修磨设备修磨效率低下、成本较高等问题,研制了一种高效的麻花钻头全自动修磨设备。以TMS320F2812处理器为核心,采用S曲线算法实现步进电机加减速控制。对S曲线算法进行分析推导,对实际运动中可能出现的情况进行分析,采用光电编码器进行脉冲测试。实验结果表明,与其他算法相比,S曲线算法能够减少柔性冲击,提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。In order to solve the conventional twist drill grinding equipment low grinding efficiency,high cost and other issues,we develops a fully automatic twist drill grinding equipment.Taking TMS320F2812 processor as the core,S-curve algorithm is to achieve stepper motor acceleration and deceleration control.The S-curve algorithm is analyzed and deduced,and the possible situation in the actual movement is analyzed.Finally the photoelectric encoder is used for the pulse test.Experimental results show that compared with other algorithms,the motor running in accordance with the S curve algorithm can reduce the impact of flexibility and improve the stability and reliability of the system.
