美军基层军医培养模式对我军的启示与借鉴

摘　　要：基层军医是部队后勤保障中不可或缺的一环,在保存有生力量、减少官兵伤亡、提高战斗力等方面发挥了重要的作用。强化基层部队军医的综合素质是保持军医队伍可持续性建设的重要途径。通过分析我军基层军医培养过程中存在的不足,借鉴美军基层军医的培训经验,在此基础上提出强化预备军医本科医学教育、获得更多继续教育、深度参与军民融合发展等,对我军给予启示和借鉴。Primary medical officer is an integral part of the military logistics, which plays an important role in the preservation of effective strength, reduction of casualties, and improvement of combat effectiveness. It is an important way to maintain the sustainability of the medical officer by strengthening the comprehensive quality of them. By analyzing the shortcomings of Chinese army’s medical training primary medical officer and based on the advancement of US Army’s training experience, we make conclusions as follows： strengthening medical undergraduate medical education, more continuing education, and getting more deeply involved in the development of civil military integration.
