摘　　要：目的调查高中学生血红蛋白(Hb)含量及贫血状况,为制定中学生贫血防控措施提供科学依据。方法对武汉市新洲区高中二年级7 751名在校学生进行调查,统一抽取学生空腹肘静脉血,采用氰化高铁血红蛋白比色法测定Hb值。结果共检出贫血学生1 544名,检出率为19.92%,其中男生贫血检出率为19.71%,女生为20.25%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各学校内男女生间贫血检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高二男生总体血红蛋白含量为(146.53±20.14)g/L,女生总体血红蛋白含量为(135.53±19.67)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000);各学校内男女生间Hb含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论新洲区高中学生贫血检出率较高,贫血仍然是高中学生健康的主要威胁之一,应引起教育卫生等部门、社会和家庭的足够重视。Objective To discuss hemoglobin content among senior high school students and the status of anemia,so as to provide a scientific basis for developing prevention and control measures against anemia in students. Methods A total of7751 students in grade two from senior high schools in Xinzhou district of Wuhan participated in the survey and fasting blood samples were collected from cubital vein. The concentration of hemoglobin was determined by cyanmethemoglobin method.Results Anemia was detected in 1,544 students with a detection rate of 19. 92%. There was no statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05） between the detection rate of male（ 19. 71%） and female（ 20. 25%）. The detection rate of male and female within each school also showed no statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The overall hemoglobin contents of male and female students were（ 146. 53 ± 20. 14） g/L and（ 135. 53 ± 20. 14） g/L,respectively. This difference was statistically significant（ P ﹤ 0. 000）. The hemoglobin content of male and female students in each school showed statistically significant difference（ P ﹤ 0. 001）. Conclusion The prevalence of anemia among senior school students in in Xinzhou District was high.The anemia is still one of the main threats facing the high school students＇ health. The health and education sectors as well as the society and family ought to attach adequate importance to it.
