摘　　要：目的分析女性流动人口生殖健康的现状,探讨改善女性流动人口生殖健康状况的措施。方法选取800例女性流动人口进行生殖健康状况的摸底调查,然后选派生殖健康专家讲授生殖健康知识并面对面解决她们的实际问题。之后将授课前后的调查问卷进行对比。结果女性流动人口对生殖健康的认知得到了明显提高,同时也解决了他们的很多实际问题。结论女性流动人口的生殖健康知识贫乏,婚前性行为普遍,早孕现象令人担忧。只有对女性流动人口进行必要的生殖健康教育及避孕方法指导,才可以提高女性流动人口生殖健康的现状。Objective To analyze the female reproductive health status of floating population and explore the measures to boost their reproductive health status. Methods A total of 800 cases of female floating population were selected to investigate their reproductive health status with questionnaires as the baseline data, and then the reproductive health specialists were sent to give the lectures of reproductive health knowledge and solve the practical problems face to face. After these interventions, the questionnaire survey was conducted again and the results before and after the interventions were compared.Results The reproductive health cognition of the female floating population was improved obviously, and many practical problems of them were solved. Conclusion The reproductive health knowledge of the female floating population is poor, the premarital sex is popular, and the pregnancy phenomena are worrying. Therefore, the relevant authorities should strengthen the reproductive health education and contraception guidance in order to improve their reproductive health status.
