摘  要:通过优化快速溶剂萃取条件和GC-MS分析条件,以正己烷+乙酸乙酯+二氯甲烷(3:2:1,V:V:V)混合溶剂进行萃取,经弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,在VF-1701MS色谱柱下,以SIM法分析了复垦土壤中4类20种半挥发性有机污染物,并与索氏抽提前处理方法分析同批次土壤所得到的实验数据进行了对比,结果表明,快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱法在检出限,回收率,重复性等方面具有明显优势,检出限0.21~2.53μg/kg,回收率73.6%~114.1%,相对标准偏差(n=7)在2.9%~15%之间。By optimized the conditions of ASE and GC-MS spectrometry analysis,using hexane +ethyl acetate + dichloromethane( V: V: V,3: 2: 1) mixed solvent extraction by Florisil SPE column,VF-1701 MS column,SIM method was used to analyze 4 kinds of reclaimed soil of 20 SVOCs.Compared with the soxhlet extraction for early processing methods,the analysis of experimental data obtained by the same batch of traditional soil showed that ASE-GC/MS/SIM have obvious advantages in the detection limits,recoveries,repeatability and other aspects. The detection limits were 0. 21 ~2. 53 μg/kg,and the recovery were 73. 6% ~ 114. 1% with RSDs in 2. 9% ~ 15%.
