人力资本理论视角下地方本科院校提升服务区域经济能力的策略探究

摘　　要：地方本科院校担负着重大的社会责任,既是为区域经济社会发展源源不断输送高层次应用型人才的重要阵地,也要为区域经济社会发展提供强有力的科技支撑。文章从人力资本理论视角研究地方本科院校提高区域人力资本质量的方法,从创新人才培养模式、改革实践教学体系、构建服务平台、健全服务保障机制等四个层面入手,对加快地方本科院校教育教学改革,提升服务区域经济社会发展能力的具体实施策略进行探讨。Local universities undertake significant social responsibilities. It is an important front for the transportation of high - lev- el, applied talents and it also provides powerful support of science and technology to the development of regional economy. This paper will analyze the ways that local universities use in improving the qualities of human capital in local areas from the perspective of human capital theory. The paper probes into the concrete implementation strategies of quickening the pace of teaching reform and improving service of regional economy of local universities from the following four aspects, namely, innovation of personnel training, reformation of practice teaching system, building the service platform, establishment of service assurance mechanism.
