摘 要:战国时期的思想界出现了借用黄帝发表言论、表达思想的潮流,诸子发表治国思想时也有这样的现象。通过分析《商君书》《管子》《庄子》《吕氏春秋》四书中的黄帝之治可知,黄帝之治代表了仁义之治、礼法之治、法天而治等治国方式,不同的治国方式之间有差异但也可以相互辅助。其中,法天之治最有包容性。天地运行体现出法则、秩序,因此,效法天地之道的治国方式可以包含规范人间秩序的仁义礼法等治国方式。在一定程度上可以说,效法天地,刑德并用是比较有黄帝特色的治国之道。By analyzing relevant passages from the Shangjun Shu, the Guanzi, the Zhuangzi, and the Lüshi Chunqiu, this paper focus-es on the presented way of governance in different Huangdi narratives. The Yellow Thearch's way of governance is a combi-nation of governing ways emphasizing benevolence and rightness, ritual proprieties and regulations, and the heavenly way,respectively. Yet these different ways are not separated from one another. For instance, the proposed governance emphasizing the heavenly way also includes elements featuring benevolence, rightness, and ritual proprieties. From a certain point ofview, following the operation of heaven and earth and elevating the roles of both punishment and virtue are central for thedefinition of the Yellow Thearch's way of governance.
