摘　　要：先秦杂家集大成者《吕氏春秋》对诸子百家学说,博采众长,兼收并蓄,其中包括大量吸纳道家学说因素,以"援道入法"。然而借鉴《道德经》、《庄子》两部道家经典的方式与内容,又有所不同。《庄子》以《让王》篇为代表,为《吕氏春秋》所提供的资源,主要是具有道家情怀的寓言故事材料。而《道德经》为《吕氏春秋》所采纳的则主要是治国理政的观念及方略。The Lüshi Chunqiu(Master Lü's Spring and Autumn Annals) adopts various schools of thoughts, including those that canbe categorized as Daoist thoughts further incorporated into the thought of Legalist school. The"Rang wang"pian chapter ofthe Zhuangzi and the Daode Jing are the two major Daoist sources adopted by the Lüshi Chunqiu. The former is adopted forits fables that reflect Daoist ideas and the latter, for its concepts and strategies on governance.
