服务“一带一路”,职业教育的新作为——“鲁班工坊”

摘　　要："鲁班工坊"是天津市教委贯彻落实习近平总书记关于职业教育的重要指示精神,依据"国家现代职业教育创新改革示范区"建设协议,在教育部职成司具体策划指导下,探索优质职业教育走出去,服务国家"一带一路",服务国际产能合作和培养高素质的国际化技术技能人才,培养当地合作国家技术技能人才,同时让当地合作国家分享中国职教成果和中国特色职教办学模式。研究包括了鲁班工坊的缘起,内涵,模式,效果,面临问题和进一步工作等内容,在理论和实践上全面阐述了天津职教"鲁班工坊"这一创新型职业教育国际化服务项目。＂Luban Workshop＂is an implementation of Tianjin Municipal Education Commission carried out under the important instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping on vocational education.Based on the construction agreement of＂National Modern Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Demonstration Area＂,under the guidance of the specific planning of the Department of Vocational and Adult Education of Ministry of Education,exploring high-quality vocational education＇s going global so as to serve the country＇s＂Belt and Road＂,serve international production capacity cooperation and train high-quality international technical and skilled personnel,and train technical talents for local cooperative countries.At the same time,let local cooperative countries share the achievements of Chinese vocational education and teaching mode with Chinese characteristics.The research includes the origins,connotation,modes,effects,problems faced,and further work of Luban Workshop.It comprehensively expounds the innovative international service project of Luban Workshop in Tianjin＇s vocational education in theory and practice.
