摘 要:目的建立了气相色谱法同时快速测定茶饮料及其制品中17种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯的多残留分析方法,以考察茶饮料及其制品中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯的残留情况。方法样品经正己烷:丙酮(9:1,V:V)提取、浓缩后直接进样分析,以DB-17(30 m×250μm,0.25μm)、DB-1(30 m×250μm,0.25μm)石英毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定,峰面积外标法定量。结果 17种农药含量在0.1~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.02~0.40μg/L,平均回收率为77.8%~129.7%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~9.9%。结论该方法具有简便、快速、成本低、灵敏度高、农药提取效率高、农药与杂质分离效果好等优点,适用于茶饮料及其制品中多种常见有机氯、拟除虫菊酯残留的分析,为茶饮料及其制品的质量安全监测工作提供了有力保障。Objective To establish a simultaneous multiresidue analytical method for rapid determination of 17 kinds of organochlorine and pyrethroid in tea drink and its products by gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD), so as to investigate the residues of organochlorine and pyrethroid in tea drink and its products. Methods The tea drink and its product samples were extracted by hexane:acetone (9:1, V:V), condensed and injected directly for analysis. The capillary columns of DB-17 (30m×250 μm, 0.25 μm) and DB-1 (30 m×250 μm, 0.25 μm) were used for separation, and the external standard method was used for quantification. Results Total of 17 kinds of pesticides had the good linearities in the range of 0.1-50 μg/L. The limits of detection of the method were 0.02-0.40 μg/L. The average recoveries were in the range of 77.8%-129.7% with the relative standard deviations of 0.6%-9.9%. Conclusions This method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, low cost, high sensitivity, better extraction and purification effect, which is suitable for the rapid determination of the common organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in tea drink and its products. Thus it provides strong guarantee for the quality and safety monitoring of tea drink and its products.
