摘  要:Anoctamin 1(ANO1)钙激活氯通道广泛存在于身体各个组织,促进细胞增殖,参与感觉传递,调节血压,促进上皮细胞分泌,促进肿瘤细胞迁移等。ANO1功能异常可导致许多疾病,例如癌症、高血压、胃肠道运动紊乱、囊性纤维化。本文讨论ANO1在心血管、神经系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿系统发挥的作用,以及钙离子、钙调蛋白、胆固醇、细胞因子等调控ANO1的机制。Anoctamin 1 (ANO1) is a calcium activated chloride channel, widely expressed in various tissues, plays many important cellular functions, such as cell proliferation, regulation of blood pressure, sensory transmission, epithelial cell secretion, and tumor cell migration. ANO1 dysfunction can lead to many diseases, such as cancer, hypertension, gastrointestinal motility disorders, and cystic fibrosis. This review summaries the role of ANO1 in cardiovascular, nervous, digestive, respiratory, and urinary systems, and discuss the mechanisms in which calcium, calmodulin, cholesterol, cytokines regulate ANO1.
