孤立性脑桥部位缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓后近期生存状况研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨孤立性脑桥部位缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓后近期生存状况。方法:选取2014年3月至2016年7月宁波市第一医院行静脉溶栓治疗的102例缺血性卒中患者为研究对象,其中32例孤立性脑桥部位缺血性卒中患者作为研究组,70例基底节区缺血性卒中患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的临床特征、实验室指标及预后良好率,同时观察两组患者溶栓后出血并发症以及神经功能缺损的发生情况。结果:溶栓前研究组的纤维蛋白原水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的住院时间及预后良好率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组神经功能缺损评分及出血并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孤立性脑桥部位缺血性卒中患者接受静脉溶栓治疗是安全有效的,有利于改善患者的近期生存状况。Objective： To discuss the short-term living status of patients with isolated pontine ischemic stroke after intravenous thrombolysis. Methods： A total of 102 ischemic stroke patients treated with intravenous thrombolysis in the First hospital of Ningbo were selected from March 2014 to July 2016,32 patients with isolated pontine ischemic stroke were served as the research group and 70 patients with basal ganglia ischemic stroke as the control group.The clinical characteristics,laboratory index and rate of good prognosis of the two groups were compared,and the complications of hemorrhage after thrombolysis and neurologic defect were observed in the both groups. Results：Before thrombolysis the serum fibrinogen level was significantly higher in research group than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant difference in hospital stays and rate of good prognosis between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant difference in hemorrhagic complications and neurological deterioration between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Intravenous thrombolysis is safe and effective to the patients with isolated pontine ischemic stroke,and it can improve short-term living status of these patients.
